uPVC doors are durable, low-maintenance entrance or rear doors that offer excellent insulation and security.
Our Single Residential Flush Door uses the same energy-efficient multi-chamber construction and robust co-extruded gaskets as our Single Residential Door, but gives a flush finish between door and frame.
A choice of flag or butt hinge is available, along with standard multi-point door locking. Full SBD specification is an optional extra too. Thresholds include standard or large outer-frame, Part M-compliant low thresholds and a fully-weathered low threshold.
Woodgrain Finished Options
A wide range of woodgrain and coloured-foil options are available for either or both internal and external faces or even differing frames.
Dual-colour is a popular choice and reflects traditional frames where the outside is painted a different colour to the interior, allowing for greater flexibility in interior decorating.

Window Part M refers to Approved Document M of the UK Building Regulations, which governs accessibility, usability, and inclusive design for buildings. While mostly focused on doorways, ramps, and general circulation in public buildings, it also places specific functional requirements on windows in some properties.
