KRB is a local family business in Horsell and I asked FB for any recommendations and KRB came up several times so I booked a quote which I was very happy with. Their Workmanship was excellent as were their polite manner I couldn't be any happier. The amount of people that passes by each day all praise the difference to my little house , even my neighbour is considering changing his windows as he said "there so much better than mine" lol. KRB are amazing! This is the 2nd project we have worked on with them and they are good value, great quality and all round wonderful people to deal with. We've had 2 sets of bi-folds and most recently a new roof lantern. The fitters were friendly, clean and great guys. Have no hesitation in recommending them.

I used KRB ltd to install a new porch door and do some brickwork for me. The whole experience was seamless. Maddie was superb answering all my questions and Paul worked so hard to get the job done, and tidied up behind him. Absolutely fantastic! Our daughter recommended KRB as she had just had her windows replaced & we were not disappointed. From the very first contact to the final installation everyone we came into contact with was friendly and helpful. Tom & Charlie who installed our new window and door were great and left everything clean & tidy. There was a problem with the glass ( not Down to KRB, but the manufacturer) & they were excellent at solving this problem for us. We were not asked to settle the invoice until the problem was fully resolved. David was sent out to us to rectify the problem which he did with a smile. So to sum up thank you everyone from KRB it has been a pleasure dealing with you & we would highly recommend you.

After having a few quotes from other fitters we enlisted KRB ltd to install new windows. Reason for choosing them was we felt Kevin understood our final vision for our home (bit of a project) and he came up with many alternative solutions, some even saved us money!! This was quite a large project so we were a bit nervous but from the moment Kevin came round to provide a quote to completion of install we cannot fault KRB at all. Every member of the team we have encountered from start to finish has been polite, helpful, and charming. We had one issue with cracked glaze, which was dealt with promptly by the installers and the team, without causing us any inconvenience. Charlie and Paul were tidy, constantly worked despite the awful cold winter weather and had a 4 day plan to minimise impact to our home. The after care has been faultless and certification was sent through very promptly. Since our windows, family have used KRB and they have had the same positive customer service. We will continue to use KRB for any future work and highly recommend to anyone.

We have used them various occasions over the last three years for double glazing of the house - excellent. Replacement back door - excellent. Triple sliding patio door - excellent. Bifold doors to garden room - excellent. We are presently waiting for a front door installation. Small friendly professional local company. We couldn’t be happier with their work.
